1 Introduction
With the growing phenomenon of globalization and the increase of technology cost and its
complexity, and accordingly the high costs of research and development; all this has led to
the emergence of more projects applying market economics and emergence of the
regional economic clusters, technology mutations in various fields and increasing
dominance of information and communication technology, the more global competition
depending on research and development as a basis for creating Features economic
competitiveness of economic enterprises; all this led to the formation of alliances and
partnerships among producers and suppliers of services to meet the competition, and
invest market opportunities. Hence, it was necessary to resort to this strategic choice
which is Strategic Partnership
Accordingly, the Finnish project took into consideration all the previous challenges and had
among the goals of marketing component to provide a training on how to establish
partnerships. and this program is the result of several workshops revolve around
managing customer relationships and classifications and to develop care plans for each
class of customers and the need to choose from categories currencies Emn are major
customers who can they make as partners and also the partnership program based on
what has been his guide in customer service and the MSM study mental picture of the
interest I have a customer that is considered as an alternative to a strategic partnership
program is a very important strategic step for the interest of creating a competitive
advantage
