- Family / Diabetes mellitus history
→ Resistensi insulin
PCOS
• Complain : Dismenorhea ? PID, Endometriosis
• Intercourse Frequency : 2-3 x/w
• Intercourse Problem : Impotensi / Frigyd
• Smoking, alcohol, drug abuse
