2005. NOVAsat has its headquarters in Riyadh and operations
in various parts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We

NOVAsat teleport facilities connected with multiple satellites provides secure
and re- liable satellite communications services. Our primary purpose is to
provide satellite communication connectivity solutions to remote areas and
various business applica- tions.
NOVAsat includes broad range of satellite services that include VSAT
connectivity, VSAT network solution, and professional VSAT services. Variety of
voice, video and data application services can be integrated with our satellite
services. State of the art services in the field of satellite navigation and

solutions and delivery.
Technology Solutions runs presales and solutions activities as
well as the customer loyalty for the enterprise segment that
can benefit from our solutions based on the organizational

NOVAsat provides turnkey solution for GNSS CORS project start- ing from system design at NOC and reference stations for GNSS
equipment, NCC equipment, site selection, site validation, project development and post processing for RKT data.

NOVAsat provides maintenance & support services to global customers. As of now NOVAsat provides services in 93 coun- tries
across the globe. We have built centralized ticket moni- toring system and multilevel support structure; starting from call center

NOVAsat has a 24 X 7 Customer Support Center supporting its customers
around the clock.
The center is manned by trained professionals capable of solving cus-
tomer problems. A second level of support is always available from the
product suppliers internationally. The center is equipped with a Customer
Support System to assist in logging and tracking trouble tickets. Also
equipped with a call center telephony system that directs and records all
calls. The center can be reached by NOVAsat customers by phone by

NOVAsat is Partner Company with Saudi Telecom-
munication Company to provide VSAT connectivity ser-
vices offered by STC.
•NOVAsat performs DVB-RC S terminals installation
& commissioning at customer’s premises
• NOVAsat runs a 24x7 Level-2 helpdesk
•NOVAsat sales team directly addresses the corpo-
rate market
•NOVAsat is (for DSL-Sky , SKY-IP and customized
VSAT

These services covered all parts of Kingdom of Saudi

SKY IP service from STC allows the customer to lev-
erage the cov erage of satellites to expand their IP-
VPN coverage, thus enabling the customer to have
IPVPN everywhere regardless of distance.
DSL SKY service from STC allows access to the In-
ternet through the use of satellite technology to pro-
vide practical high-speed communication solutions
based on Digital Video Broadcasting technology

for Survey (GCS)
The basis of the partnership between NOVAsat and Gen-
eral Commission for Survey is based on the deployment
and operation of a nationwide GNSS reference network
(KSA-CORS), consisting of a set of GNSS reference sta-
tions distributed throughout the KSA and the establish-
ment of positioning services to assist in the precise posi-
tioning over the entire country.
