2. • Marcia Honsch and Elizabeth Honsch was
discovered in New York. When their body
was first found they was pronounced as
Jane Doe’s. Their bodies was very
decomposed. The killer was also
unidentified.
3. • The body of Marcia Honsch was
discovered by a hiker on October 6th
inside the Tolland State Forest. The body
was a fully clothed woman. At an
estimate age between 30-45 years old.
She had been shot in the head. Her name
was not known until recently.
4. • About 9 days before the body of the Jane Doe
was found in Tolland, the police in New Britain
found their very own unidentified body also
known as Jane Doe. The body was at an
estimate age of 17 years old. She was rapped
in a sleeping bag and plastic trash bags, unlike
the Tolland body. She was also shot in the
head.
5. • Investigators in both states believed that
the cases were related after years of
investigating. The police linked that the
cases were related in 2009. the believed
that the woman touched base in Albany
at one point of time.
6. • In 2011 the bodies DNA was tested only to
reveal that it was mother and her daughter.
The DNA did not identify the identities. A
Virginia Beach woman had filed a missing
persons report luckily. That helped
investigators put the pieces together. To find
out about Marcia and Elizabeth Honsch. Their
residence was in Brewster with
husband/father Robert Honsch up until
October, 1995. When they was murdered by
him.
