BACKGROUND
Due to strong existing relationship within Etisalat, we were asked to
assist in the planning and recruitment of the launch in Nigeria

•All executive posts bar CHRO, CEO, CFO were to be filled

•Although Etisalat the largest stakeholder, the local partner was keen to
have strong input and had seemingly been promising jobs to his
