Over the course of the past 15 years I’ve been working as a key advisor for owners and senior decision makers of privately held European companies from start-up stage to advanced maturity, from no turnover to over €500 m. Industries served include telecoms, business software, media & entertainment, advertising, fashion retail, e-commerce, higher education, timber trading.
My role has always been to assess, advise, guide and fill internal roles ad interim in situations that I like to call fundamental transitions, i.e. transition from idea to early stage company, transition through rapid growth, transition from obsolete business model to business reinvention.
