Our estates La Viola and San Martin are located
at the ridges of Peñas Blancas second highest
mountains in Nicaragua, at an average of 1,150
meters above the sea level.
Our environmental conditions are ideal to
grow high quality coffee that has a great
aroma, body and acidity.
We preserve our environment in order to
protect natural resources, which contributes to
our coffee crop development.
We only produce 100% Washed Arabica Coffee;
Premium quality coffee!!!

Alianza Coffee is our special

market and demanding consumers happy.
Alliance is harvested in the northern and
central Nicaragua Segovia where the
weather can take fine features such as
acidity and nice body and
creamy chocolate and consistent which
makes it a very nice coffee.

Del Cafetal is a product targeted to a
more widespread and where the attributes is
not a fundamental factor for consumption.
This product is grown
in central Nicaragua and features softer rate.
