Allen, what role have you seen social learning play in your clients’ organizations? JIM 45.9% say they do not measure employee training effectiveness. Approximately 10% answer that they will in the next year and a half. That leaves 33.5% saying that they do measure employee training effectiveness in some of their training and 10.4% who measure it in all training.
Allen what methods do you recommend for measuring the effectiveness of training? JIM As we saw earlier, 46.0% of employees say that demonstrating learning ROI is very important to their organization’s executive team. However, an additional 42.1% say it’s somewhat important, only leaving 11.9% who say it’s not a priority.
