  engage strategy
• The linkage between twitter and Facebook drop the
  engagement into zero percent
• People must know that MOH is here to help them and
  answer their questions daily
• Pictures and content must focused in how to be
  healthy and reflect positive image for healthcare sector
• Encourage audience to share their story on MOH
  social sites.

 Accordingly we need to start a strategic plan

• Social media policy plan
• Social media crisis plan

• Show MOH website on the about section top of Facebook
  page
• Integrate Facebook`s Like button into MOH website ,
  products ..etc
• Start a tab about ( your opinion is matter )
• Create a clear content strategy

• Develop a plan to respond to negative comments publicly

• Use twitter as focused approach tool
• Start more than one account with one mission e.g.
  @HOW2HELP where followers find answers for their
  questions

  multi –purpose platform
