Express the problems or the disadvantages about
our product by making the Fishbone Diagram.

4. 1. STINKY
 The
problem is, usual toilet is stinky and smelly
after used.
 There
is improper ventilation system.
 There
is no perfume available in most toilet.
 Attract
weird insects to come.

5. 2. INCONVINIENCE
 Mostly,
toilet nowadays is more to seating
than couching.
 For
those who prefer couching while doing
business maybe uncomfortable for them than
who prefer seating.
 They
cannot be choosy because there is no
option for usual toilet.

6. 3. SPACE
 There
is insufficient and limitation for space
for usual toilet.
 Limit
the movement during doing the
business.
 The
smelly easy to trap inside the toilet if there
is improper ventilation system.

7. 4. TOO MUCH INSECT
 Due
to stinky, it attract dirty insect to come
and make assembly of their members like flies,
mosquito, cockroaches, lizard and others.

 It
 It
is too costly to maintain.
is made from ceramics. This material is
usually used in most of the toilet nowadays.

9. 6. TOO QUIETLY
 It
will look scary at night if there is no music or
something that will entertain the user.
 There
is no entertainment, so the user cannot
feel when doing business and enjoy the
space.

10. 7. DANGEROUS
 Usually,
toilet is wet, so the possibility to be
slippery is high, and need care when using
the toilet.
 This
is due to the material made the toilet can
resist the water.

11. 8. WATER TANK VOLUME
 Basically,
water tank fill with water will
drop to empty after being flush and it is
automatically refill back when it drop to
certain level.
 It take time to refill, so, the possibility to
use frequently is low.

We altogether brainstorm in a group in
order to investigate and find out the problem
that should be arise and the solution to the
problem of our product.

Will it work?
It will work because the product only use a
cheap equipment. We only do the modification to the
existing product nowadays

Yes because we have the technology
and only use basic tools.

This product does not been tried before.
4. Does it fit in?
It fit in with VIP toilet but we could make it universal
for all users so our company have huge costumers.
5. Have we got the resources?
We need a good relation with other company so that
we easily and already prepared with sufficient
resources.

The timing is right because nowadays people are
going to find out the modern technologies.
7. Who can help?
We can get help when there has several relation
with others company.

We want make it affordable price for people.
Therefore, we combine the cheap and expensive
tools
9. Suppose it fails?
The failure of the product after production depends
on the users while the failure of the product when
creating it also has the probability. Therefore, to
reduce this problem we give the warranty and free
maintenance for 2 years.

To defecate and urinals in a toilet based on multiposition design.
To disappear the doubt while on defecate or urinals
due to listening the song.
Easier the costumers to choosing the toilet.

25.  Basically
use like a normal toilet nowadays.
 Multi-position means for “sitting” and “hunker” –
combine together as one concept.
 Just sit in your like position (sitting/hunker) and
release it while hearing the song. So easy…
 Then remember to flush.
