Mammals
 Don’t lay eggs because mammals keep their eggs inside
  their body
 Warm blooded so they have to eat more
 3 middle ear bones
 All mammals have hair. It groes from skin cells called
  follicles. The hair could be whiskers, fur, and spines
Wolfs
The wolf’s sharp
teeth help it rip
apart animals
The wolf has thick
fur to survive in
cold weather

The wolf uses its claws
to have a better grip

The wolfs muscles help
them run when they
hunt their prey
Tigers
There good
eyesight can help
tell them the
distance of there
prey

They use there
sharp claws to
climb

Their strong backbone
helps them jump far
and grab onto their
prey
Tigers use their stripes to
camoflouge in grass
Killer whales
They have stand
pertectoral ansto which
helps them steer in water
They are very agile in water
it helps them escape from
predators

There body is
stream lined to
allow them to be
fast in water
Fastest marine
mammal
They have blubber to
survive in cold waters
Camels
Wool protects them
from cold desert
nights
Thick leather patches
on there legs protect
them from getting
burns when they put
there knees on hot
desert floor
The camels humps help it
survive for a long time
without food an water.
The humps are filled with
fat
There long eyelashes help
protect there eyes from
sand
Dolphins store
oxygen using
there muscles
                     Dolphins
which have a
protein called
myoglobin which
helps store
oxygen
Dolphins only
sleep with half
there brain and
the other part
stays on alert for
danger

Their teeth help
them catch fish
Blubber helps them
stay warm under water
