29. Result and Findings Organization culture is very conducive for implementation in matrix cellular services. Most of the employee are not very sure what exactly the BSC is and what are the objectives of BSC. Company is reluctant to share the strategic information with the employees. Matrix is good at follow up of the targets of the BSC. Matrix has not fully implemented the BSC, there is another system which is used other than BSC. Some of the departments don’t have BSC yet.
30. Suggestions Matrix should try to share more information with the employees so that they can contribute more towards organizational goal. Matrix should implement the BSC in the remaining departments to achieve its objective.
31. Conclusion The Balanced Scorecard is a very important strategic management tool which helps an organization to not only measure the performance but also decide the strategies which are needed to be adopted so that the long-term goals are achieved. Thus, in other words, the application of this tool ensures the consistency of vision and action which is the first step towards the development of a successful organization.
