This document provides information about the instrument of pangkat kawayan, an original Philippine angklung used for decoration. It produces one note and can be hung on the wall or used as a decorative bell inside the house. It is played by gently shaking it from both sides to produce sound. The document also provides brief descriptions of different non-metal elements on the periodic table, including nitrogen, oxygen, helium, chlorine, and sulfur. Finally, it lists some examples of art and cultural expressions from the region of Luzon in the Philippines, including festivals, crafts, weaving, and ceramics.

2. The nonmetals are locatedonthe upperrighthandside of the periodictable.Nonmetalstypicallyare
poor electrical and thermal conductors,withoutametallicluster.
1. Nitrogen
Nitrogenisa nonmetal,withanelectronegativity of 3.04.[13]
It hasfive
electrons initsoutershell andis,therefore, trivalentinmostcompounds.
The triple bondinmolecularnitrogen(N2) isone of the strongest. The
resultingdifficultyof converting N2intoothercompounds,andthe ease
(andassociatedhighenergyrelease) of convertingnitrogencompounds
intoelementalN2,have dominatedthe role of nitrogeninbothnature
and humaneconomicactivities.
2. Oxygen
Oxygenis a chemical elementwithsymbol Oandatomicnumber8. It is a
memberof the chalcogen groupon the periodictable andisa highly
reactive nonmetallicelementand oxidizingagentthatreadilyforms
compounds (notably oxides) withmostelements.[3]

3. Helium
Helium, He, is a colourless gaseous non-metallic element which belong to
Group 0 of the periodictable.Heliumisacolourless,tastelessodourlessinert
gas. Helium can only be liquefied with extreme difficulty, as it does not
undergo adiabatic cooling on expansion until very low temperatures are
reached.Heliumisveryinert chemically due to its electronic configuration.

4. What do you think is the reason why most of
the art expressions of the Filipinos are
intended to be used rather than for more
display and enjoyment?
Because they need to require quick responds of actions.to good to
be true, people don't get what they are seeing of the art
expressions displayed meant to be. It is also because if they will
only display it... it’s useless... but if they uses it, the art are useful.
5. Why is valley dominated with elephants
and other animals?
Animals have basic needs for air, water, food, shelter, and
space.
Elephants are herbivorous and will eat leaves, twigs, fruit,
bark, grass and roots. Different forest animals need different types
of habitat to meet their food, water and shelter needs. Some prefer
the vegetation associated with young, open forests. Others need
habitat features like snags or fallen logs found in more mature
forests. Some animals are found in forests of any age. As forests
grow and mature, the resident wildlife will change as the habitat
structure changes.
A habitats is a place where living things live and how they
survive in that area. Habitats are homes, and everyone needs one!
