CSR will already understand the
customer’s needs the next time they
come in. This means the CSR is actually
taking time to understand the
customer and getting to know them.
4. These are the same skills we use when
we make friends. These are the
foundation of any good business to
continue a good reputation. In the
long run, a business can grow from its
