1. Dr. Pendl & Dr. Piswanger Romania looks for a SENIOR PRODUCTION PLANNER , located near Arad
(~ 30 km) for its client - a multinational manufacturing company of electric and electronic components for
automotive and household industries.
Main role:
The main purpose of the SENIOR PRODUCTION PLANNER is to plan, organize and control a production
schedule for all products including program coordination for internal and external production Molding and
Automotive.
Essential functions and duties:
 Analyzes inputs (e.g., capacity, cycle times, urgency of request, material availability, etc.) to help
determine schedule and production impact on customer requests
 Participates in the introduction of new products and supports the allocation of existing products through
planning and analyzing of common and unique materials
 Processes customer orders in the SAP system. Is responsible with the accuracy of data about customer
orders (status,quantities, delivery date, etc). Upgrades order, if changes appear and prepares
production planning reports
 Keeps permanent contact with Production Planning and Logistics Manager and with the Group
Production Planning, informing them about the status of orders ; makes sure the orders are
manufactured and delivered with in contracted terms ;
 Confers with department supervisors to determine status of assigned projects and expedites
operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions
Requirements:
We look for a University graduate in finance, marketing, engineering with 2-4 years prior experience in
product planning, production control, forecasting, inventory management, purchasing or production /
manufacturing operations.
The person we look for should be a critical thinking person able to create complex statistical and
financial analysis and reports with strong analytical skills including data evaluation, identification, solution
development and implementation and ability to effectively analyze data, identify issues and generate
solutions. The ideal candidate should have the ability to take initiative, set priorities and take ownership of
assigned projects, display autonomy and resistance to repetitive work.
Proficiency in using SAP, MS Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint) and excellent English are
mandatory, Italian language will be an advantage.
