SSRAC Solid State Relay
Solid state relay is usually called SSR for short. It is a new type of nono-contact switching device
SSR is usually a four-terminal active device including two control terminals and two output
terminals, and input and output terminals adopts reliable isolation.
Solid state relay adopts flame resistant engineering plastic case, epoxy resin encapsulation,
screw thread educing terminal connection with high strength structure, impulse resistance,high
shock resistance performance, small driving current for input terminal and convenient
connection with computer teminal and digital control circuit.

How to protect SSR?How to protect SSR?
1.Proper radiator adapted to the working requirement of solid state relay should be
equipped, the allowance should be widened when the load radiating condition is not
so good.You must avoid load short circuit.
2.Over Current Protection:over current and short circuit are the main reasons for
permanent damage of internal SCR ,fast fuse and air switch is one of the methods for
over current protection, fuse is also available for small current.
3.Over Voltage Protection:you can parallel voltage dependent resistor,its thickness
decides the protective voltage value,generally,471/10D voltage dependent resistor
is suitable for 220V series SSR, 681/10D for 380V series SSR, 821/10D for 480V

Application
Solid state relay is widely used in automatization control fields such as petrochemical
equipment,food machine,packaging machine,textile machine,plastic machine,numerical
control lathe,entertainment facility and so on, which especailly for severe environment
full of corrosion,moisture,explosion-proof and dust-proof or places demanding frequent
switching.
Generally, our solid state relay are applied with temperature controller to control
temperature of some machine, and different solid state relay should correspond to
different output of temperature controller. The following wiring diagrams are for your

1.Please connect wire between output, feedback, power, ground wire and load according to
above Fig. The phase of load must correspond with power of voltage regulator (i.e.
synchronism), or it will lead to damage of voltage regulator.
2.Press up arrow or down arrow from the panel until required voltage (i.e. “SV” value), then you
will find it is synchronous changing between “SV” and “PV” value.
3.If you press “P” key at any time, our SCR voltage regulator will stop output untill you press “P”
key again.

It is a new type of nono-contact switching device SSR is usually a four-terminal active device including two control terminals and two output terminals, and input and output terminals adopts reliable isolation.
