Leadership style is the manner and approach of providing direction,
 implementing plans, and motivating people. Kurt Lewin (1939) led a group of
researchers to identify different styles of leadership. This early study has been
        very influential and established three major leadership styles.




A women leader choose her leadership style very smartly because in many
organization men dominating environment prevails they either treat her as opposition
leader or take her as lenient leader so she must be opt dynamic style depends upon
situations not strict to particular style.
