file transfers etc conforming to the 3rd party requirements.

Responsibilities:
 Working as an Onsite Application Maintenance lead for SAP HCM Module at Client location at
Phoenix, AZ, USA and involved in below SAP HCM Support- break fixes and enhancements
activities. Also managing both Onsite (2) & Offshore (4) SAP HCM Functional Team members.
 Involved in Configuration of New Wage types in IT0014 (with Payment models & deduction
frequencies), IT0015, IT0267 and IT0221.
 Configured New Custom Tax Models as per business requirements.
 Involved and lead the effort of ERP EHP4 to EHP6 upgrade activities during 2013.
 Configured Account Assignment by assigning accounts in Accounting to Symbolic Accounts.
 Involved in resolving integration issues with Time, Benefits & Compensation modules.

disposable net (PC59). Also worked on mapping deduction wage t ypes to all adjustment model
except Federal Tax Levy (V_T5UG2).
 Successfully handled US Payroll Year End Activities from 2011 to 2015 and also handled
Summer Sync HRSP upgrade for all these years.
 Worked with Payroll results adjustment Info type 0221 using PAUX & PAUY. Also worked with
Business in generating W-2s simulation/production runs and corrections to W2s.
 Set up configuration required for SAP tax reporter for Box 12 wages for W2, W2Cs.
 Worked on various inbound and outbound interfaces of Payroll and interface with ADP for
Garnishments & Tax Reporting.
 Apart from Handling support issues and new developments in Payroll, involved in maintaining
Team metrics, weekly status reporting to the Management, identifying new development and
