time both partners can decide whether the cooperation

The agreement can also be finished if PVL or QS want
to finish the cooperation at 3 month's notice.
lf no party finishes the agreement, it will be valid for
another year.
The agreement can get actualised each 2 years after the
last actualising.
For the duration of the agreement OS is the sole
distributor and seller of products from PVL in Romania.
Qualitv Control:
- Visits of representatives of PVL will be accepted
- Every year in January a marketing plan will be sent to
PVL to show the next steps for in the next business year.
- Copies of all brochures and information QS is creating
