Let’s talk about increasing our capacity to love… about habitually sustaining pleasurable spiritual states brought
on by the proper use of sexual energy.
Hey Brilliant Minds and Bright Hearts...
I’ve been thinking a lot about my masculinity, my spirituality, my sexuality and how I am becoming better in each of
those areas.

2. Here’s what it’s all about… The Tao of Love and Sex is about the man matching the woman’s infinite depths.
Deepening himself, his capacity to feel, love, endure pleasure, widen and broaden himself to embrace the whole of
his woman, which he should be able to do if he didn’t deplete his energy through uncontrolled ejaculation.
And that’s a common problem this day and age… we’re more enlightened than ever before, which serves to
illuminate the cracks and fractures in our relationships; things that we can repair.
One of those cracks seems to be this: Man in general is not “big enough” to truly satisfy woman. Because he doesn’t
know how to manage his sexual energy and KEEP IT, RECYCLE IT, REUSE IT and MAGNIFY IT.
A man has to learn and develop this capacity for unending pleasure, love, and energy. A woman already has infinite
depth, naturally; she just CAN experience infinite pleasure. Man has to develop the capacity to hold and tolerate
great amounts of pleasure.
Only then can he match his woman. If he doesn’t, he is weaker than she is. If he doesn’t have the ability to withstand
and sustain great amounts of pleasure, how can he possibly penetrate the world with his purpose, his wholeness, or
in any meaningful, sustained way? Instead of giving his all to life, to the world, to his woman, he’ll be giving a
middle amount, a mediocre amount.
She will see this limited capacity eventually and become dissatisfied. Yes?
How satisfied will you be, woman of infinite, natural, pleasure capacity, if your man is always falling
short, or falling too quickly, or making promises with his mouth that he doesn’t fulfill with his actions?
If she can tolerate a great amount of pleasure and he can only give her a little, she will be unsatisfied. He’s not
fulfilling her, nor is he fulfilling himself, his role, his mission. They will be out of balance.
And this isn’t just about physical pleasure. It’s about open hearts, open communication, becoming one in love, but
also yes, opening up wide to unbounded loving and caring, becoming one love, through sex. A man HAS TO be able
to tolerate large amounts of energy and pleasure. It’s not just about the few seconds of squirt and release. It’s about
sustaining pleasurable spiritual states brought on by loads of sexual energy.
Ten thousand years ago, surely it was just about ejaculation; getting the woman pregnant before predators crept in
for lunch. Impregnation was the key then.
But it’s not so much now.
We can consciously override and elevate ourselves to new, blissful levels of spirituality through learning to control
our genital muscles and channeling and managing the flows of energy through our bodies by intention and breath
work.
So, here’s my theory today:
It’s man’s duty to match woman’s depth. Men and women both have the capacity. For women, it’s just natural. They
don’t have to try. Men have to work at it.
Both men and women have to get out of their own way, relax, and allow the fullness of being to penetrate and exude
from every cell of the the body. This can be hard in our culture… we grow up developing complexes of self-esteem,
confidence, self-image… we learn to block our naturalness so we can fit in to the tribe more or get a safe career.
But where women only have to get out of their own way, men have to do that AND keep focused, directed, vigilant
over the energy in their bodies.
Women, let it flow. Men, aim and harness diligently.

3. That’s the push-pull of existence. Everything has its balance.
(This is all pretty general. This is just a beginning article to get it out of my mind, expose these thoughts to new air
and get new ideas.)
I can’t tell you how happy I am to be able to do this at last! To be sensitive to internal energy and to have thought-
control, heart control and genital control.
Everything changes when you can do this. (And you feel gradual, incremental change as you approach
competence/mastery). Life gets deeper. There’s a new kind of spirituality.
It feels like rising … It’s like… you’re vibrating higher, finer. Life tickles more.
It’s a skill I’ve been working on for a long time. And it’s very pleasing for me to be able to do this. VERY pleasing.
Like: I didn’t know life could be this profound. I FEEL deeper into things. I have more awareness than just what’s in
my thoughts. I’ve expanded.
You can too.
My desires extend beyond just a meeting of flesh and a few seconds of orgasmic release. I want lengthy orgasms
that penetrate my whole body and heart and mind… that don’t stop… that are spiritual expressions themselves,
magnifications of tangible love and expanded understanding.

4. I want meetings of the flesh, the heart, the soul.
I’m more into the unity, the spirituality, the testing of our limits, the strengthening of our love, the tingling bright
appreciation of one another. I’ll skip the quick “get off” in favor of sustained bliss and bright love that I can give
better back to you, to the world, to “strangers” on the streets…
… in the form of kindness, money, inspiration, connection, empathy; however.
This isn’t WORK to have this capacity for pleasure. It’s not a pain or a job. It is effort. But it’s very pleasing. It’s
conscious growth. Pleasure spiked with pain. (Beauty is my aeroplane.)
I’ll take effort any day if it means I’m growing and learning.
Plus, I feel it’s a duty of mine. A divine duty, probably. And so I infer it’s the duty of every man to constantly
develop his innate loving capacity, which his female counterpart already freely, wildly, fully, by nature possesses.
My nature is to grow my capacity.
That’s a part of the balance. It turns out it’s not woman serving man. It’s not a patriarchy.
It’s man serving woman because the feminine energy is “stronger” as it lies, and for me, a man, to cultivate and
strengthen my masculine energy, to have it at a level where I can serve you and meet you and match you in wide
open love and pleasure continuously, again and again, consistently present… well that’s a healthy relationship
balance.
I’m inspired by you to become more myself. Your feminine inspires my masculine to grow. As continuous and
steadily as any tree grows.
I find satisfaction in satisfying you. By meeting the challenge of your feminine strength and energy. And more, I’m
satisfied by keeping my energy instead of expelling it… and by putting it to good use, growing in love, and having
yours strengthen and cooperate with mine.
Just as I’m satisfied in my life by constantly growing toward my freedom, my calling, my life’s purpose.
Humans, like trees, grow in multiple directions.
The ancient Taoists believed that it was important for the woman to be as satisfied as she desired. If that meant
multiple times per day, that’s what it took. This, as though it were man’s duty. The ancient Chinese held women in
very high regard.
What a paradigm shift, eh?? How woman-centric. How divinely feminine!
But in modern love-making, is that the norm?
No. For a couple of reasons. One, the social order of our times. Patriarchy, by and large.
But two, by and large, men don’t know how to do that! And many don’t know that they should, or that they can.
Men don’t know how to (or that they can) re-channel the energy that wants to escape out of their penis UP through
their spine, into their brain and down through their heart, to their belly and back to their genitals, just to repeat the
cycle.
Keep this energy flowing through you, daily, constantly.

5. A while ago, I certainly couldn’t do this… withhold my ejaculation every time we make love??
No way!
Most men are exhausted after a while of continuously ejaculating. They’re drained, and not just of semen, but of
energy. And that’s because when you ejaculate you let out a LOT (that’s a scientific term) of energy. You let out your
life force.
Men have to hold the energy and recirculate it, re-use it, let it amplify them. That’s our nature… our enlightened
nature, I’m theorizing.
I say “have to,” and I mean that that’s how we’ll tap into our authentic and full masculinity, how we’ll live longer
and healthier, how we’ll be more fully present, more full of life energy and more able to give our love and our light
that is the realest, purest us.
Now, I am so designing my life, my thoughts, my habits, my beliefs, by the intentions and practices in these ancient
teachings that my sexual energy, which is preserved and strengthened, expresses as love through each of the trillions
of cells of my body.
My body shines love, just as yours does naturally when you get out of your own way and LET your light and your
love shine.
Does he lose his manhood, his masculinity, his strength and centeredness, by serving his
woman?
Is the man who serves his woman now suddenly someone she can just walk all over… is he a pushover?
Do you think that by expanding his masculinity, any man would be a pushover? It’s just not possible.
Will you get bored with him because he drops everything at your whim and lives only for you?
He won’t. That’s not what this is about. Serving his woman does not mean pandering to her.

6. A man’s service to his woman and embracing of his own tenderness and vulnerability means strength. Pure honesty
is powerful. Ability to face fears and burn them away with light and love… certainty, calmness, presence, delight in
her body, mind, heart and soul… the plans he makes for them together… these are strengths, are they not?
As he expands his masculinity through preserving and recycling his sexual energy, the adventures of his own life
multiply, he becomes enlivened, with stronger boundaries than ever before.
His Yes’s are firm, just as his No’s are. He is a man of integrity and he welcomes an integrity-driven woman in his
life to share these adventures with.
Yet, he won’t be a slave to sex. He may be a slave to his desire for his woman, though. From what I can tell —
through inference, study, and application — an “enlightened” man has such compassion for women, and delights in
them so much, that he really is a slave to his love for women, which can be concentrated into just his woman.
He is a servant of love. And he wants to be even more. He wants to do Love’s bidding, forever and ever, also
forever.
That is, Love absent of neediness or pain or sorrow. Real love, I mean. That which is one with our natural state of
being. Source love.
Imagine sex soaked in spiritual development and heart-sharing… in humor, in opening… in harmony, and love, so
much so that it melts boundaries and dissolves you and your lover into one.
It’s a balance.
Is man’s full, always-on presence and love degrading or empowering? Definitely empowering.
Is a man’s ability to meet his woman’s challenges and the world’s challenges — to be strong and firm — degrading
or uplifting? Definitely uplifting.
That which benefits the two benefits the one.
These abilities grow when man and woman practice this mutually beneficial relationship of conscious, enlightened
loving.
Yes, by nature man’s a leader. Physically stronger. Directed. More ambitious.
And woman is the ocean. The earth. She’s life, unbounded nature. Exquisite beauty in her appearance, her
movements, her physical and emotional peaks and valleys, her wisdom of heart, and her harboring of life.
Woman needs the sky, the heavens, to balance her. Man needs the earth to balance and expand him. And it takes
discipline to expand and fully embrace and indulge in everything earth does.
Because a man practices this service to you, making certain you’re satisfied physically, spiritually, he strengthens his
masculinity… his capacity for love, empathy, tenderness grows and he matures, fills out.
As a man, it serves me to serve you, woman. It serves the world for a man to truly serve his woman.
So, as with everything, there’s a balance there.
It heals me. It helps you. It keeps us both strong. It keeps us learning from one another

7. As a man in a devoted relationship with my woman, I want to empower her, to live the fullest most pleasing life that
she can. That pleases me.
It’s something that I think only a man can feel. I can try to put it into words here, but actions speak louder than
words; my woman just feels it from me consistently.
It’s pleasing to me because it means I’ve grown and I continue to grow. And you have directly helped me grow. In
fact, this is a type of growth that is not possible without your feminine help.
I have more capacity to experience more of life, to feel deeper, to love more, thanks to you. And vice versa.
This is what we’re all after, right? To feel more and more alive by the day. To love more deeply, more powerfully,
more profoundly… to live more fully!
So, selfishly, selflessly, I am at your service.
Tell me, men, that you wouldn’t love to have the capability to increase your depth of feeling, your capacity for
pleasure… to fully satisfy and fully please your woman instead of settling in mediocrity or never penetrating the
thin barriers that you feel to be blocking true, deep, communion, love and oneness with your woman.
Tell me, women, is a man’s proclaiming his dependence on you… that he can only experience deep, boundless,
spiritual love with you… the opposite of “macho”? How can he retain his manhood when he says that he is at your
service?
I’m all for social and political equality. But I’m not for equality of sexuality. We each have our roles.
My aim is to move beyond sex. It’s to actually experience and harness those powerful binary forces of nature that
we’re made of and that we’re graciously conscious of as humans.
I take great pleasure in taking care of you… not just as a man and wife, as a friend, providing security, being present
emotionally, being communicative, but yes, as a lover, being able, day in and day out, to satiate you, repeatedly,
ever-renewing… to so deeply intertwine with you that we transcend flesh and harmonize hearts, deeply bonding,
heart-light melting, merging, becoming one, again and again and again, with a frequency, power and devotion that
marvels the gods and elevates us to touch their realm; reminds us who we really are; puts us in a state of pure light
and unbearable pleasure.
Our existence gradually becomes a lucid brightness, a highness, as we habitually lose ourselves in the One that is
all. Love is all that matters.
I’m not trying to say I’m God’s gift to women… simply that I need YOU to learn from, to develop with. I can’t fully
elevate without you.
You’re an integral part of this whole holiness of life.

8. Is it even accurate to say that the only way to such profound, open and unbounded love is through sex, specifically
the man preserving his sexual energy to meet the natural bountifulness of woman?
Would the heavens fall down if earth weren’t there to hold them up? Absolutely they would. Balance requires both
man and woman.
I’m a man. I have manners borne of respect and honor. And I cultivate these qualities.
I’ll walk on the outside of the sidewalk. I’ll let you place your order first.
And I’ll get the door for you… the car door, the restaurant door, the doors of perception, our hearts’ chamber doors.
As a man, I’m holding the doors of love wide open for us to walk through. We’re met inside by the hostess. “Hi,” I
say. “We have a holy reservation for two.”
“Name?”

9. “Homo sapiens.”
Let’s dine, everyday, until we’re satiated.
Just as we eat daily, numerous times, we must love each other daily. I prefer the finest, healthiest nourishment.
