 The Junior level means levels upto General Manager.
 The senior levels are AVP and above.
 The incentives to be distributed shall be as under :-

 Junior level 3 : .2%
The top .5% kept for the senior level will be distributed as under
 Senior level 1 : .25%
 Senior level 2 : .15%
 Senior level 3 : .10%

Same level incentive  1.5% of the sales value is kept aside to remunerate people at the same level.  The said incentives shall only be paid to active representatives.  The same-level incentives will be divided into 2 parts i.e. Junior Level and Senior Level.  The Junior level means levels upto General Manager.  The senior levels are AVP and above.  The incentives to be distributed shall be as under :-
