What kind of work atmosphere talents and teams want? It is commonly known that the quality of communication between employers and employees (e.g. the amount of corporate information and individual performance feedback provided to employees) has substantial impact on employee engagement and organizational performance. With the support and participation of a variety of sponsors, LRT Consulting is launching a series of research activities as part of the Happy Performing Workforce Campaign.
