2. PHOTOSHOP
In my GCSE I had used Photoshop, so when I used it to create my
front cover of my magazine I already had a lot of knowledge about
the software and I was aware of the different types of tools that the
software included. However, to make my front cover more
professional and realistic I learnt about more tools that Photoshop
has. My knowledge of using Photoshop has now increased as I have
learnt a lot more about the Photoshop software.

3. QUARK EXPRESS
I have never used Quark Express before so using it for my A-Level
was the first time. The first time I had used it was when I was
making my prelimery task, I found it very confusing and difficult to
understand. However as I began to use Quark for my contents page
and my double page spread I began to understand how to use the
software and I made my contents page and double page spread.

4. SCHOOL COMPUTERS
So I was able to create and complete my front cover,
contents page and double page spread I had to use the
school computers as they provided the soft ware I needed
such as Quark Express and Photoshop. If the computers
did not have the software I used to create my magazine, it
wouldn’t of been able to look as professional and realistic as
it does.

5. PREZZI, SLIDESHARE &
BLOGGERSPOT
I used Prezzi to make my work look more interesting as prezzi allows
the work to be presented in a unique way. It has very bright colours
and adds arrows, text boxes and allows you to upload images.
I used Slideshare to upload the work I created on Microsoft
Powerpoint on to my blog. Using it on my blog makes my work look
more fascinating to look at and to read.
Using Bloggerspot allowed me to upload all of my work on to one
blog so it is easy to see all of the different types of software I have
used to show my stages of work.
