- The best way of organizing is the way that helps you feel more in control of your projects
- The paperless society is not here quite yet, but we can still take some steps towards making it easier for everyone
- There is a full industry of organization apps, comparing them and how to use them. We are not going to do a highlight of tons of apps, we are going to pick only a couple to give you the ideas on how to use that app and then apply it to the way you want to organize.
- Paper is handy still but hard to share. New ways of bridging that gap include RocketBook
- Remember your entry does not have to be an overall accomplishment. Start by adding entries to remind you to start a task, refresh where you are in the task and reminders to be completed by a date. Note that Outlook has Reminders that are actually Notifications of when something is coming up. Such as a Reminder that your meeting is in 15 minutes.
