The best way of organizing is the way that helps you feel more in control of your projects
The paperless society is not here quite yet, but we can still take some steps towards making it easier for everyone
There is a full industry of organization apps, comparing them and how to use them. We are not going to do a highlight of tons of apps, we are going to pick only a couple to give you the ideas on how to use that app and then apply it to the way you want to organize.
Paper is handy still but hard to share. New ways of bridging that gap include RocketBook
Remember your entry does not have to be an overall accomplishment. Start by adding entries to remind you to start a task, refresh where you are in the task and reminders to be completed by a date.
Note that Outlook has Reminders that are actually Notifications of when something is coming up. Such as a Reminder that your meeting is in 15 minutes.
