2. INTRODUCTION
Acting as both subcontractors and package managers, we have provided services
to some of the most successful turnkey projects completed on the African continent.
We are consultants, designers, suppliers, buyers, expeditors, installers and maintainers
of temporary and permanent construction camps and residential facilities,
renewable energy production, infrastructure, security provision, and complete
management solutions.
Due to our experience and established, long standing relationships with the primary
suppliers within the region we are capable of implementing and maintaining
construction and service related services extremely quickly and effectively.
The second element that sets us apart is our ability to provide these services “off the
grid” needing almost no access to installed services and utilities. We can generate
power, purify water, generate heat, refrigerate and process refuse and other waste
products as long as we have a sun, access to a water source and a place to put
everything.

3. PRODUCTS
Solutions and Components for Commercial and Domestic use:
• Renewable Energy Provision: Turnkey solution provision - PV panels, inverters, batteries,
transformers, management systems and reticulation to a point of sustainable “off the grid”
power solutions
• Temporary Housing and Residential: Flat-packs, container conversions, pre-fabricated structures
(25 year warrantee on majority), workshops, kitchens, laundries, water treatment plants, refuse
management and sewerage processing
• Infrastructure: Fast erecting – low cost -> factory buildings, schools, shopping complexes, primary
care health clinics and offices with conservancies such as potable water, black and grey water,
electrical reticulation, streets with lights, police stations, etc.
• Port Services: Camp administration, kitchen operations, laundry and cleaning services,
• Engineering: Piping- Stainless steel, carbon steel, and HDPE manufacturing and installation
• Security: Interactive systems containing - fencing, lighting, access control, cameras, motion
detectors, as well as communications capable alarm systems channelled into a central control
room with reaction force

• Inverters: bi directional, grid tie, off grid (with or without backup)
• Management: solar regulators, system monitoring

5. SERVICES
Even though these services operate best when utilized as a complete integrated solution, every element is
available as a separate and stand alone solution.
• Construction Management: Full service provision from site selection, de-bushing, civils, services, deep and
shallow foundations, structure erection (steel, concrete and brick / blockwork), conservancies (potable
water, black and grey water, electrical reticulation) and engineering or services management.
• Facility Management: Managing the full life cycle of an accommodation complex from initiation to
decommissioning and environmental restitution. Managing operations while in use including; maintenance,
security, hygiene, food and laundry services to people behavior management and discipline.
• Procurement: Starting from project definition, specification, sourcing, tendering and negotiation,
contracting, receiving, warehousing, issues and documentation management. We remove nightmares that
even includes assembly management.
• Logistics: Planes, trains, cranes and trucks, we manage from expediting to delivery. We provide built in
transportation method management, cost comparison, customs and excise as well as security and
insurance. We are used to African conditions and we know what to expect and which risks to manage.
• Project Management: We provide an end to end service that includes professional management of the site
as well as the office environments. The project controls that we employ adhere to ISO 90000 standards and
have been tested and have succeeded. Our capability to deliver is the cornerstone of our reputation.
