- Confusion for members on where to go in order to update the different contact types
- Difficulty to navigate update processes within MyAPNIC can lead to contacts not being updated
- On average some members very rarely go into MyAPNIC (since they have their own internal systems),or contacts who understand the process leave, and there is no automated reminder to keep contact records up-to-date
-Reminder email to members about contact check before annual membership renewal
-Single point where members can update authorized contacts (included org object) and Whois contacts at same time
-Status indicator of contact check completion .
- Simplify contact update process
