App Camp is the biggest mobile application development event in the Nordics and Baltics where new mobile businesses are created from idea to life within 48 hours over a weekend. Previous App Camp events have resulted in over 27 new mobile apps developed, with over 200 participants and 100 developers across 40 teams. The next App Camp event will take place in November 2011 in Vilnius and aims to have over 300 participants developing mobile apps across various platforms over 3 days, with mentors and prizes for the top prototypes.

5. App Camp Description and Goals
Next App Camp will take place on 11th November, 2011 at
National Art Gallery in Vilnius
Description
Event would be 3 days long and participants would develop
mobile applications for smartphones with all major operating
systems Android, iOS, Symbian, BlackBerry, Bada, WP7, others.
All applications created during the event will have special logo’s
e.g. ‘launched at App Camp’
Goals
300+ participants from Nordics and Baltics
70+ ideas for mobile apps and startups
30+ mobile app prototypes created during the event
15+ mentors supporting teams throughout the event

8. Preliminary prizes for App Camp
winners
Investment prize
This time App Camp winners should get an invenstment prize,
which would be dedicated for their project completion. The
sum should be higher than last year!
App Camp winners should be also awarded with a trip to a
European conference or Startup event.
Promotion prize
In addition all launched apps will be promoted via Omnitel and
TeliaSonera marketing channels. There should be also lots of
smartphones and tablets!
Please note: all prizes are under negotiation yet and might change due to unexpected
circumstances.

a specific application for particular companies or anyone
- Anyone can become part of App Camp Challenges
• How it works?
- Describe idea for your application
- Give a separate prize for developers for creating your application

29th September (the earlier, the better)
- Best challenges will be selected and presented to participants on
appcamp.lt since 3rd October
