6. Rohit Mahajan has over 20 years of experience in the IT Industry in India and US. He has worked with IBM and Wipro and has received several professional awards including the IBM Special Contribution Award for contribution above and beyond the call of duty. He founded Software Folks, Inc. in 1999 in New Jersey, US and Saviance Technologies Pvt Ltd in India in 2005. He has an engineering degree in Electronics and Communications from Coimbatore Institute of Technology. He is a Fellow at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and is the President of the Delhi Chapter of Wharton Club of India. He serves as the Wharton Fellows Ambassador to India and is on the Wharton Fellows Advisory Council. He is also attending the prestigious Owner President Management program at Harvard Business School in Boston and in the executive committee of the Harvard Club of India as their treasurer. Ritu Uberoy is the Managing Director at Saviance Technologies Pvt. Ltd. She has over sixteen years of experience in the Information Technology industry in the United States and in India. Before moving back to India from US in 2005, she has worked with Silicon Graphics in their CIO's office in Mountain View, California. She has also worked with Hewlett-Packard in their Research and Development. Ritu has a BS degree in Computer Science from Delhi Institute of Technology (now NSIT) and a MS Degree in Computer Science from Santa Clara University in California. She is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt. She established the Saviance Center of Excellence for Web and Mobile Applications in Gurgaon, India. 7. Brig. VK Mahajan, VSM ( Retd.) is the Director at Saviance Technologies. He has over thirty years of experience in the technical and operational field of Telecommunications in the Corps of Signals with the Indian Army. He has done the several programs like B.E. (Telecom), Post Graduation in Personnel Management from FMS, Delhi University and MSc in Defense Studies from Madras University. He was the officiating Commandant of the elite National Security Guard (NSG) training center in India. He was one of the pioneers in raising NSG and training initial batches. NSG is responsible for security of IP’s and Special Commando Operations in India and Abroad. Brig VK Mahajan was awarded the Vishisht Sewa Medal (VSM) by the President of India for Distinguished Service and outstanding contribution to the Indian Army. He has been awarded the Chief of Army Staff Commendation Card for contribution to the success of the 1971 Indo-Pak War. Gurudas Sarkar is the COO of Software Folks Inc. based in Iselin, NJ, USA. His responsibilities include managing professional services engagement, enhancing operational efficiency and executing the company’s growth & profitability. Gurudas has more than 20 years of global experience on IT spanning several geographies. Gurudas has held several Sr. Executive positions including Chief Operating Officer of South East Asia Operations of NetGuru/Research Engineers (a traded company at NASDAQ). As a part of the Executive Management Group, he participated on several M & A (Mergers & Acquisitions) deals, dealing with Investor Relations including Goldman Sachs and instrumental on raising Capital through Secondary Market Offerings in US. He has also served as Member of the Board of Directors of several Public Listed companies in India. Participated as Board of Governors of PDSIT, a School of Information Technology under Bengal Engineering College Deemed University. He also acted as Strategic Advisor to multiple Start-ups and established companies across diverse industries. He has worked on projects in Fortune 500 companies like BMS, CSC, Prudential and others. Accounting and finance professional with a solid background in financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, foreign currency exchange, job costing, month-end close, reconciliations and corporate tax. He has experience with all top software packages like SAP, Oracle Financials, Lawson Peachtree, Quickbooks etc. He is an expert in preparing and filing US Tax returns. He has an MBA in Accounting from University of Massachusetts and a BA in Economics from Rutgers University, New Jersey, USA Rajeev Kabra has more than 16 years of experience with organizations like Tata Motors, Wipro Technologies and IBM. He held key Sales roles in North America for Wipro for more than 7 years and was instrumental in establishing Wipro’s presence in that market.At IBM, Rajeev has held several leadership positions in his 7 years tenure including leading the Strategic Outsourcing Services for General Business for India and South Asia where he structured large outsourcing contracts for IBM. Rajeev has received various accolades and recognition for his stint at IBM and Wipro like the IBM Asia Pacific Professional Services award every year, IBM's leadership By Doing award. Currently Rajeev is runs his company Cognitel which is focused on high value education for the Telecom sector.Rajeev is an MBA from IIM Calcutta and a BE in Computer Science from Birla Institute Of Technology Mesra.
