In this talk, Arthur will discuss the different elements of successful open source communities, the different possible structures and how to interact with them as an individual and as a company. In this talk Arthur will cover the following topics: * Why and How to start a new open source software community? * What are the different structures of open source communities? * What are the possible types of communities, and what are the pros and cons for each? * How should an organization and an individual interact and contribute to an open source community?
