                          ABOUT THE PRODUCT

Custom S/W Product development governance has been developed based on
proven processes and best applied for S/W product development of various
complexities. This methodology has been constantly improved to ensure that, this
can be applied with minimum changes, which can be as low as 5 – 15% of effort to
develop the methodology from scratch.

Techserv’s governance framework has six phases viz. Concept Definition, Concept
Elaboration, Design & Development, Verification & Validation, Product Release,
Project Closure, Product Maintenance. Across these phase the defined processes
and process artifacts were grouped under various categories such as Project
Management, Software Engineering, Verification & Validation, Management
Oversight, Project Support and Process Management

Techserv’s governance framework has been tested and proven to provide an
assurance on improving the success of the project. Also, the framework has been
benchmarked against the CMMI Level 3 and ISO 9001 requirements.

The framework comprise of about 67 Procedures, 75 Templates, 8 Checklists, 24
Guidelines, 9 Training Material

This methodology has been constantly improved to ensure that, this can be applied with minimum changes, which can be as low as 5 – 15% of effort to develop the methodology from scratch.
