 Saisha’ means ‘meaning full life’ or ‘purpose of life’. The life which we live should be
purposeful and to make it meaningful one must attain the highest knowledge about
his existence and the reality of life. This is also called ‘Enlightenment’. To achieve

7. About Chief Learning Officer
 S.Arun Kumar has done his Masters in business
administration (Marketing) from PSG Institute of Management
and a PG Diploma in General Business management from
ICFAI. He has done his bachelor's in Computer Science and
Engineering in Saveetha Engineering College from Anna
University. He has specialized himself in the field of marketing
& business consulting. He is a marketing consultant for some
of the leading (consumer electronics, automobile & IT) firms &
educational institutions. He has contributed innumerable
marketing related articles to many websites and an active
blogger. He is currently pursuing Bachelors in Law. Having
completed his studies from India's premier Management
Institutes, (PSG IM- Ranked 27th, ICFAI - Ranked 10th
among B-schools in India)*; he has strong exposure and in-
depth knowledge in management related studies. He had
also served in IT- industry in management & business
consulting services for 4 years.

 Educating Rural India:
This program is initiated by the founder & director, Arun Kumar to spread education
in rural areas. This is carried out by the students of management science & social
works departments in various colleges in Tamil Nadu. The students have carried out
campaigns to educate rural population focusing on various objectives like importance
of ‘educating a girl child’ and awareness on adulterated FMCG products with fake
brands entering the rural market. During his college days also he has organized
various campaigns to create awareness on the importance of keeping the public
places clean.

21. India’s First - University on Wheels- CSR
 University on Wheels is an extended facility of various universities
which is associated with Saisha School of Distance Learning. This
service is purely carried out with a non-profit motive to promote
awareness on education and the ill-effects of illiteracy. The person
in the vehicle will act as a counselor and guide the aspirants to
carry out their further education which was prevented due to various
reasons. Mostly people in villages, esp. women are being prevented
from further education after their marriage or schooling.
 Efforts were taken by our director, in order to exempt this
vehicle from toll gates on National highways, and requests were
made to concern authorities and to the Tamil Nadu state
Government and the Honorable Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Dr. J.
Jayalalitha for the same and to fund for this project.

