So, How Do We Start?


Identify a trusted software vendor / partner
 You will need a partner in this journey, find someone whom you can trust and who has the
  critical experience in your area

Define the pain point you wish to address
 If you wish you could know more about / do certain things, what would that picture look like?
 Identify clearly the 2-3 pain points that you want to address (e.g. customer insight, social
  media sentiment, supply chain efficiency etc)

Inventory your data streams
 Get a detailed look at where the data resides, where it is coming from, the frequency of the
  data etc

Run a pilot
