I am a dynamic individual, through out academic years as well
as professional and social experience. I found myself
immersed in young leadership, quality management, excellent
soft skills and motivation which makes me an excellent
candidate.
I have a versatile experiences in telecom sector and youth-led
Not for Profit social organizations for digitalized sustainable
society by promoting Sindh Youth Policy and National Youth
Development Framework in the context of SDG’s Sustainable
Development Goals.
I always try to learn something new from every experience
because I believe there is always room for self-improvement
both personally and professionally.

 To bring Pakistani Youth on one platform to create networking for localization of
SDGs across the country.
 To recognize the efforts of SDGs Activists across the country.
 Integrating SDGs measures into national policies, strategies and planning.
 Involvement of youth in their community through “Social Action Projects”.
 To work with government and private bodies by providing valuable inputs to
develop policies and strategies for the promotion of Sustainable Development
Goals.
 To promote entrepreneurship among youth.
 To suggest stakeholders to invest in youth start ups.

TERMS OF REFERENCES (TORS)
DISTRICTYOUTH DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE
 To struggle for education, health and sports related facilities of the youth in the district.
 To strive for career development of the youth of the district
 To organize programs for unemployed youth which could help them in getting appropriate employment
 To forward problems of youth along with remedial measures/recommendations toYouth Affairs Department of Government of Sindh
 To establish / construct Youth Development Centers in the villages/Hamlets of the district equipped with computers/ libraries / wifi and
newspapers facilities with the assistance ofYouth Affairs Department and other agencies
 To organize seminars/ conferences/festivals for intellectual and physical development and entertainment of the youth with the assistance of
Youth affairs department and other agencies
 To constitute village/ Mohalla wise Youth Teams consisting of minimum 7 dynamic male/female/transgender/ disable/ minorities youth of
age 16 to 29 for eachYouth Development Center and seek their assistance in furtherance of aims and objectives of DYDC.
 Team of the office of private members of the DYDC shall be one year but extendable for two more years
 To strive for sanitation, supply of clean water and proper drainage/ sewerage system of the villages/ towns of the district
 To disseminate knowledge of the laws and rules of the province/ country amongst the youth to enable them to live the lives of responsible
citizens.

  • 4. ABOUT MYSELF : ASAD RAZA QURESHI (TELIAN ASAD) I am a dynamic individual, through out academic years as well as professional and social experience. I found myself immersed in young leadership, quality management, excellent soft skills and motivation which makes me an excellent candidate. I have a versatile experiences in telecom sector and youth-led Not for Profit social organizations for digitalized sustainable society by promoting Sindh Youth Policy and National Youth Development Framework in the context of SDG’s Sustainable Development Goals. I always try to learn something new from every experience because I believe there is always room for self-improvement both personally and professionally.

OBJECTIVES 6  To bring Pakistani Youth on one platform to create networking for localization of SDGs across the country.  To recognize the efforts of SDGs Activists across the country.  Integrating SDGs measures into national policies, strategies and planning.  Involvement of youth in their community through “Social Action Projects”.  To work with government and private bodies by providing valuable inputs to develop policies and strategies for the promotion of Sustainable Development Goals.  To promote entrepreneurship among youth.  To suggest stakeholders to invest in youth start ups.

ANOTHER WAYTO LOOK AT SDGS  The main goals focus on the 5 Ps  People: the wellbeing of all people  Planet: protection of the earth’s ecosystems  Prosperity: continued economic & technological growth  Peace: securing peace  Partnership: improving international cooperation  These five aspects are interdependent, therefore the SDGs demand integrated thinking as well as integrated approaches to achieving the goals.

More than 1/3 targets of SDGs pertains to youth. 68% Population of Pakistan is below the age of 30. Linkage with Youth organizations and involvement is key to 5Ps. Give your inputs into Youth Policy at all levels. Evolve a youth action plan and monitor. Pursue a socio- economical and political career in development.

IMPLEMENTATION MECHANISM OF SINDHYOUTH POLICY - 2018 S. No: DistrictYouth Development Committee 01. Deputy Commissioner Chairman 02. Assistant Commissioner of each Taluka /Town. Vice-Chairman 03. Three male members of age 16 to 29 from each Taluka/Town(one male member will act as Secretary of the committee) to be nominated by the concerned Deputy Commissioner. Members 04. Two female members of age 16 to 29 from each Taluka/Town to be nominated by the concerned Deputy Commissioner. Members

TERMS OF REFERENCES (TORS) DISTRICTYOUTH DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE  To struggle for education, health and sports related facilities of the youth in the district.  To strive for career development of the youth of the district  To organize programs for unemployed youth which could help them in getting appropriate employment  To forward problems of youth along with remedial measures/recommendations toYouth Affairs Department of Government of Sindh  To establish / construct Youth Development Centers in the villages/Hamlets of the district equipped with computers/ libraries / wifi and newspapers facilities with the assistance ofYouth Affairs Department and other agencies  To organize seminars/ conferences/festivals for intellectual and physical development and entertainment of the youth with the assistance of Youth affairs department and other agencies  To constitute village/ Mohalla wise Youth Teams consisting of minimum 7 dynamic male/female/transgender/ disable/ minorities youth of age 16 to 29 for eachYouth Development Center and seek their assistance in furtherance of aims and objectives of DYDC.  Team of the office of private members of the DYDC shall be one year but extendable for two more years  To strive for sanitation, supply of clean water and proper drainage/ sewerage system of the villages/ towns of the district  To disseminate knowledge of the laws and rules of the province/ country amongst the youth to enable them to live the lives of responsible citizens.
