Create e-learning curriculum focused to written business communication Deliver e-learning curriculum providing rapid access to knowledge and information in regards to writing effective business emails, memos, and letters E-learning module that assists business professional to communicate effectively with co-workers and clients. 95% of users that complete this training should be able to write effective business letters, memos, and emails. 3 PROJECT OBJECTIVES
Increase efficiency by enabling business professionals to take full advantage of written business communication medium. Present information in an interactive manner and easy to understand manner Effectively test users on the information learned. Improve internal and external business communication. Deliver the modules in user friendly manner. 4 PROJECT GOALS

This training is delivered through an on-line website. The reasons this was the best way to deliver the modules is: Third-party software: rights and cost Accessibility: Windows, Linux, Microsoft, even smart phones Flexible: customized to user needs Availability: Globally available 7 TECHNOLOGY USED
The challenges faced during this project were: Time:  we worked through each day including weekend to complete this curriculum in time. Staff: Availability of team members to meet face to face. We use email and telephone conversation to reduce is barrier. Technology: were limited to hosting through Moodle. 8 PROJECT CHALLENGES
Content is presented through our website.  Books – latest Canadian editions Text: because the nature of our e-learning is about business writing Pictures: effective images including pictures and clip art. Videos: professionally produced from creditable resources  9 CONTENT
