This e-learning module aims to improve business communication skills through 3 online modules focused on writing effective business emails, memos, and letters. The project goals are to increase efficiency, test comprehension, and improve internal and external workplace interactions. Upon completion, users should be able to effectively write business correspondence. The modules are hosted on a website and are customizable to organizational needs through usability testing and feedback.
