» Upto 10% of aggregate of paid-up share capital and free reserves if
the deposits are from shareholders or guaranteed by directors.
» Otherwise upto 25% of aggregate of paid-up share capital and free
reserves.
A Non-Banking Finance Company can accept deposits upto
