4. INSURANCE COMPANIES
Normally all Insurance companies charge
around Rs 15000-20000/- per annum for an
insurance of 10 lakhs for a period of 30 years.
They will verify your smoking status and will
get all lab tests done.
If you are fit, then you will spend a whooping
amount of 4.5 to 6 lakhs to get only 10 lakhs?

6. FOR ASI SSS MEMBER
Suppose, you enter ASISSS at the age of 32 yrs in 2019
and 5 members expire every year and if you continue
till 2044 with the age of 57 yrs, you pay just Rs 93500/-
(Rs 6000 admission fee plus Rs 1000/- Annual
subscription plus Rs 2500/- per year for 25 years).
At any stage, if ASISSS has 5000 members then in case of
death of ASISSS member, family gets 25 lakhs plus
loyalty bonus!
And ASI doesn’t ask your Smoking status and lab
reports.

7. COMPARISION
Even the biggest association of doctors in India which
runs the biggest Security plan with membership
strength of approx 15000 doctors but has paid just
11 lakhs to deceased person’s family in 2016.
Imagine ASISSS with membership
strength of 15000 Surgeons, family will
get Rs 75 lakhs!!

Aims & Objects of the Scheme:
(a) To provide financial assistance to the
member of the family of the deceased
registered in the Scheme.
(b) Promote academic/Social activities of ASI

9. ASI SSS
• Any full life member of the ASI, below
the age of 65 years
• The members who have joined this scheme
before 30.12.17 are “FOUNDER MEMBERS” of
this scheme.
• Scheme started from 1st April 2017
• Eligibility to claim will be after completion of
Twenty four months from joining the scheme.

10. PREREQUISITES TO JOIN
• Fill up application form with specimen
signatures of nominee with photos.
• Photocopies to be attached:
• a) Date of Birth
• b) PAN Card Copy
• c) ASI Membership Card
• d) Aadhar Card

11. FORMAT OF PAYMENT
• ADMISSION FEES – ONE TIME AT ENTRY
• ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION - Every member
compulsorily pays Rs 1000/- every year and shall
continue to pay till death
• FRATERNITY CONTRIBUTION- Every member of the
scheme shall pay a fraternity contribution of Rs.500/-
per death (if any) for a continuous period of 25 years
• THERE IS NO CAPPING.
• IF 5 DEATHS IN THAT YEAR THEN HE PAYS 2500/-
IF 15 IN SOME OTHER YEAR THEN HE PAYS 7500/-

12. HONORARY MEMBER
Those who make payments for 25 years
continuously need not make any further
payment of Fraternity Contribution but will
pay annual subscription of Rs 1000/- year.
They will remain as honorary members of the
scheme with all the benefits of an ordinary
member.

13. ADMISSION FEES
1. Below 30 years Rs. 5,000/-
2. Between 30 to 35 years Rs. 6,000/-
3. Between 35 to 40 years Rs. 8,000/-
4. Between 40 to 45 years Rs. 10,000/-
5. Between 45 to 50 yrs Rs. 15,000
6. Between 50 to 55 yrs Rs. 20,000/-
7. Between 55 to 60 yrs Rs. 25,000/-
8. Between 60 to 65 yrs Rs. 30,000/-

15. MEMBER’S
DISQUALIFICATION
Demand notice in the 3rd week of July showing the
exact amount to be paid.
The last date for payment without fine is 30th
September every year, after that there will be a fine of
Rs. 100/- per month
If member does not make the payment within 90 days,
a registered notice will be send at the members cost.
The membership shall stand terminated if the member
does not make the payment within 30 day of receipt
of the notice

16. LOYALTY BONUS
• Who remain member for 20 years and more
• Has paid all Annual Charges & DFC (death
fraternity contribution).
• On successful completion of 20 years,
member will be entitled to get 1% loyalty of
their maturity amount and then 1% loyalty
increases per year up to 25 years.
• Maximum loyalty will be 5%
