bcuase ther may be something interesting to read
about.

pages because it makes the article stand out and tells
the reader what they are going to be talking about.
A constant colour sheme which makes the pages
constant and not overwhelming. It also shows a
balance of colours and makes it look professional.
They all have headers which tell us that there is ore
