I’m the founder of Agendashift ("Transforming Lean-Agile transformation, white paper: www.agendashift.com/paper), author of Kanban from the Inside (2014, Blue Hole Press), and through my company Positive Incline Limited (named after my influential blog) I work as a management consultant, coach, trainer, and interim manager.
I’m known for "Introducing Kanban through its values" - the 2013 blog post that led eventually to my book - and thereafter for championing a values-based approach to leadership, change and delivery. It is this in combination with my long experience as a senior manager and practitioner that gets me hired into transformation projects.
