1. Superficial listening
2. Pay attention to the content

In pairs – As and Bs
A - take 2 minutes to talk about ‘myself as a leader’
B - try to listen at level 2 or 3. Just listen – no interrupting at all
B – tell A what you heard about the facts and what you picked up under the
surface
