Notes de l'éditeur Through our discussions, we are under the impression that you are looking for a focused vendor specializing in data management talent.
We have been trusted as a warehouse for strategic and tactical talent in data management services not only by end user clients, but different types of integrators who may have provided you services.
We would like to talk about that offering specifically, but advise your of our project delivery capabilities, should the need arise.
We will cover brief introduction on eTeam, our business proposition for our clients in terms of investments we have made, our value proposition as well our service offerings.
We will show you case studies on how our clients have used our service offerings
We will then go into some specific solution competencies we have delivered.
Lastly, We will summarize our presentation with why clients have used our services.
eTeam has been in business for over 10 years and specialize in focused professional and project based services.
We are a US centric organization but have our offerings which provide great value to offshore based business models or companies.
We focus our energies on servicing tristate based clients globally. In addition, we have provided our capability of servicing clients globally to US and India based integrators and professional service organizations. So the large, medium and small integrators you have probably heard from come to us for any data management specific talent.
In Life sciences companies, We not have any provided them data management solutions or talent, but due to our strong roots in life sciences geography and staffing capabilities, we have helped clients such as JnJ, Sanofi Aventis, Pfizer with clinical and scientific capabilities.

To help clients meet their diversity needs, We have certified ourselves on a federal and state level as a minority organization.
Over the last 10 years, eTeam has made investments in acquiring competencies in different domain, tools and skill sets areas such as sales/marketing, research and development, all phases of clinical data management, supply chain, regulatory compliances.
With a seasoned data management staff of more than 150 consultants, We have more than 1200 years of experience. While the senior consultants come with more than 20 years of experience, our implementation folks come up an average of 10 short and long implementations under their belt.
Our technical consultants have experience in multiple ETL, BI or data management tools. In addition, consultants have worked on very proprietary data sources from firstlogic, IMS, etc as well as packages such as ARISG and Phase forward.
All of this talent is available to our clients at a very efficient pricing. Our clients are not only end clients, but any integrator who provides these capabilities for a living.
Here is a partial listing of our clients : companies in your space to US based management consulting type of integrators to offshore based integrators to regional players you may have heard from who have their own unique value propositions and CHALLENGES.
Each of these clients demand a different levels of service levels at very diverse price points. Our proposition is to meet their expectations so that they can meet theirs.
While the underlying similarity to these different types of clients is an alternative source of flexible data management specific expertise at a pricing which allows them to come within budget or keep their margins, end clients demand building client competencies, large US based integrators want efficient pricing, offshore based integrators want very low pricing and savvy US based workforce with ability to work in onsite/offshore model, while regional or mid range integrators want to be able to offer more services to their clients.
Be it staffing or projects, our service offerings are solutions crafted by seasoned solutions and staffing principals. Our differentiator is that we put in our time in understanding your tactical and long term needs, create a customized service plan and then deploy the right people, process and tools to execute it.
In addition to leveraging our knowledge gathered by our consultants through thousands of years of experience, We redeploy that experience and maturity through tools and processes which are very scalable. This allows us to perform at a consistent level as the client trusts us more and asks us to work more for them.
Our clients have used us for different phases and we treat each phase as a project.
We do assessments and reviews in which we …..
We have formal pre-implementation prepwork phases in which we assist our clients in……
We have done full length (end to end) or partial implementations in which clients dictate the risk or responsibility they want eTeam to bear. We have done these implementations reporting to PMO or project leadership consisting of client employees or any other integrators management they may have hired.
If you are looking for a qualifed staffing provider for data management specific talent, We will be able to provide you the talent at the most efficient pricing but differentiate ourselves from other staffing providers by committing resources who can understand your needs, deploy the right experts and measure consultant output. In addition, you can always get our opinion on budgeting, resource estimation, QA or any project management/solution architecture matters.
When it comes to developing your competencies, we can do it through structured training programs as well as through informal shadow consultant mentoring programs.
In the new few slides, we have shown some case studies of these service offerings.
