The Tech Lounge features a quarterly rotation of branded spaces. The overall
space can be divided between 3 or 4 brands who are launching or showcasing
new products. Opening night events and media exposure position the space as
the “must see” location to demo the latest products in west Los Angeles.
The overall space has 3 main components :
• Large wall graphic panels demarcate each brand’s space. The wall graphics
float on a minimal framework and have the option of being backlit
• Semi-custom, pre-fab’d fixture are available for a consistent display aesthetic.
Customfixureswouldbeweavailableatthetenantscostorprovidedbythethem.
• Brand specialist populate the space to inform and answer visitor questions.
