12. One day, my son and I were in line at the

13. I run a hotel in London. During the problems
with the infamous ash cloud, I was listening to a
London radio station called LBC. I spent the
morning listening to people calling in telling
their stories of woe....some had missed flights
for holidays, some couldn't get home following
the volcanic eruption.
