record quarterly revenues for the second
quarter of 2019. Q2 revenue grew 48% year-
over-year for the same period in 2018.
These results reflect SpendMend’s surging

In the wake of substantial growth, SpendMend has completed a relocation of its headquarters to a
31,000 square foot state-of-the-art office space in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The new modern facility
will benefit internal performance, client facing operations, and allow for employee growth which is
expected to grow over 20% for the balance of 2019.
SpendMend is also pleased to welcome Tom Flynn in role of Vice President of Marketing. Tom joins
the SpendMend team as an accomplished go-to-market expert who brings a track record of launching
and driving rapid growth for technology firms serving the cost cycle marketplace.
