3. OUR COMPLETE EXPERTISE
 After getting the details of your requirement we will shout for offers from the potential
vendors.
 We will gather more offers and make the comparative charts showing most suitable landed
cost to you.
 We will send the comparative chart to you for approval and preparation of purchase order.
 After getting the purchase order from you, we will hand-over the same to the selected vendor
and keep close observation on the manufacturing process.
 We will send weekly production report to you along with the photograph of the materials at
WIP.
 On completion of the production we will send you the final photograph & Inspection report. We
will also ask for your nominated transporter.
 Side by side you have to make the payment to the vendor as per the agreed payment terms.
 If you have any transporter, we will arrange the pick-up through them, otherwise we will also
finalise the same, as we have finalise the vendor.
 Finally after despatch, we will send the Invoice Copy, Excise Invoice ( if any ), Packing List,
Inspection Report and Transporter’s Docket to you through courier.
 We will also send a weekly despatch report to you. 3
