3. OUR COMPLETE EXPERTISE
After getting the details of your requirement we will shout for offers from the potential
vendors.
We will gather more offers and make the comparative charts showing most suitable landed
cost to you.
We will send the comparative chart to you for approval and preparation of purchase order.
After getting the purchase order from you, we will hand-over the same to the selected vendor
and keep close observation on the manufacturing process.
We will send weekly production report to you along with the photograph of the materials at
WIP.
On completion of the production we will send you the final photograph & Inspection report. We
will also ask for your nominated transporter.
Side by side you have to make the payment to the vendor as per the agreed payment terms.
If you have any transporter, we will arrange the pick-up through them, otherwise we will also
finalise the same, as we have finalise the vendor.
Finally after despatch, we will send the Invoice Copy, Excise Invoice ( if any ), Packing List,
Inspection Report and Transporter’s Docket to you through courier.
We will also send a weekly despatch report to you. 3
