STRETCHES BEFORE TRANSLATIONS
The basic formula for a question like this is: Af(B(x-C))+D
Where A is a STRETCH (the y-coordinates are multiplied by
A), B is a STRETCH (the x-coordinates are multiplied by /
the reciprocal), C is a TRANSLATION (the x-
coordinate is moved horizontally) and D is a
TRANSLATION (the y-coordinate is moved vertically).
