 To carry out Raw Material from Steel yard to Machine shop as the IIP and With Closed Production Order.
 Check the Raw Material with the Correct Production order with the Correct Part Number.
 Check the Production order with the SAP Application and Check the Stock also.
 Plan the HBM Machine as the Job Accuracy and size from the Design drawing given.
 Ensuring the Tooling, Lift Handling devices and Clamping Devices and Programming.
 Preparing the check sheet, Co-ordinate check sheet and Pareto chart given by Quality Assurance
Department.
 Preparing and Handover report to Quality Department & hand over to Assembly Department.

2. Plan Machining as per Raw Material:
 After Receive the Material. Plan the Machine as per the Drawing requirement.
 Check the Tooling Requirement for the Job and involve New tooling method to reduce the Process time of
the Job.
 Developing the Jig and fixture for the New Component for machining.
 Create the Setup sheet and process sheet for Various Machining Components.
New Methodology involve in Shop:
 Implementation of Japanese Technique like 5S & Kaizen to improve the machine Quality.
 Implementation of Theory of constrain (TOC) Techniques in the Bottle neck machines.
 Implementation of Single Mould Exchange of Dies (SMED) In the Horizontal Boring Machines(VMC &
HMC).
 Implementation of Value Stream Mapping in the Techniques in the Shop floor.
 Avoid the NVA Activities from the Component Machining.
 Implementation of Value Engineering in the Product Activities in the Shop floor.
 By Applying this Methodology to Increase the OEE 80% and Schedule Adherence 90% based on the
Weekly Schedule.
 Implementation of Lean Manufacturing in the Shop Floor Area.
 Implementation of 7QC Tools to improve the Quality of the Components.

Fool Proof methods, KANBAN, Made Jigs or Fixtures.
Breakdown Maintenance
 To carry out Breakdown Maintenance report for all types of shop floor machines like CNC, HMC, VMC &
SPM machines,
 Implementation of Japanese Technique like 5S & Kaizen to improve the machine quality.
 Well experienced in implementing various activities for autonomous maintenance activities like, initiation of
tag for abnormality, tag removal, visual control, hard to reach clean lube inspects (CLIR).
 Exposure in taking corrective actions of increasing mean time between failure and decreasing mean time to
repair.
 Preparing breakdown analysis chart through WHY-WHY analysis.
 Responsible for analysing the machine failure & based on this modifying the maintenance checklist &
inspection Schedule.
Spare Parts Management

3.  Preparing the Critical parts list for all Bottle neck machine and budgetary offer will obtain for Budgeting
purpose.
 For all Critical Parts drawing will be drafted in Auto CAD.
 Co-ordinate with production engineering department for in-house machining of machine parts.
 Localizing the critical parts for Easy availability with the imported quality.
 Based on the results of the Preventive Maintenance, spare parts will be ordered & kept in stock for
replacement.
 For all regular wear parts and consumable items Minimum order level will be defined and stock will be
maintained.
 All the parts received are maintained in Maintenance Stores with easy identification.
ISO Documentation
 Prepared Departmental Manual to Maintenance Department for ISO 9001-2008, ISO 14001 as per the
standard.
 Prepared Departmental Procedure for Machine shop Team with Matrix table.
 Providing Numbers to the Documents as per the Standard & maintain regularly.
 Monitoring the Departmental Objective & reviewing every month through Tracking Sheet.
 Preparing the Compliance Chart for the Environmental Audit as per the Standard.
 Preparing Emergency Procedures & Operational Control Procedure for the Departmental Activities as per
the Standard.
 Participated in Internal Audit & maintaining the Documents up to date.
Safety
 Risk Analysis Meeting will be conducted daily before starting the work, where the safety measures for the
risk will be analysed.
 Method of Statement will be prepared for all Non-Routine Activities and it will be communicate to team
members.
 Monthly once Safety Audit will be conducted along with Safety team in all work areas for ensuring the
working Environment is safe.
 For all Maintenance Activities Hazard Identification & risk Assessment (HIRA) will prepared & significance
rating will be given. For High Significance activity, corrective action plan will prepare & implemented.
Team Management
 Skill Matrix will be prepared for all Sub-ordinates & training will be organized.
 Motivating & supporting the Sub-ordinates to implement Kaizen activity for productivity improvement.
 Allocating the man power for various jobs and controlling their activities.
