Duracrete is based on a unique chemistry where urethane and cement are fused to form a thick, self-levelling flooring that is resistant

required. Duracrete, fortified with World's best anti microbial
agent, Ultrafresh, has been conclusively proven to provide

Thermalshockresistance
Duracrete grades do not soften at elevated temperatures, unlike
epoxies. The fusion of concrete and urethane chemistries
enables Duracrete floors to have a excellent resistance against
thermal shocks due to sudden heating and cooling. The

temperature resistance of Duracrete floors varies from 60 C to

Duracrete systems are solvent-free and based on renewable
energysources.
Staticdissipative
ESD versions such as Duracrete ESD 3000 and 6000 are static
dissipative and recommended for areas where there is a risk of
forming explosive vapour-air mixture, particularly in solvent and
powderhandlingareas,resultinginESDaccidents.

Chemicalresistance
Duracrete is resistant to many chemicals commonly encountered
in food and beverage industries such as 50% acetic acid (vinegar),
30% lactic acid (acids present in milk and dairy products), 100%
citric acid(acids present in citrus fruits and limes) and 100% oleic
acid (organic acid formed by oxidation of vegetable and animal
fats).
Odourless
Duracrete flooring systems are solvent-free and will not taint
foodorcauseodourduringorafterapplication.
Slipresistance
Duracrete floors offer a wide range of surface profiles from
smooth to heavy texture. Low to high slip resistant, Duracrete
grades are tailor made to suit to every working environment
