SPARTANS SOCIAL Press Conference
MSU Athletics team up to create social
networking website to increase community
outreach and create a professional fan based
system to communicate with fans.
System creates both visual and private chats and forums
allowing fans and donors access to student athletes
while implementing and increasing Social Media
Marketing (SMM), tuition donations and event sales.

6. Key Components!
S2PC gives fans more access to athletes to ask them questions or
to simply express their admiration for the achievement of MSU
Athletics via social media and networking tools.
Grasp student athletes, coaches and staff and strengthen their
communication to fans on and off the court.
Implement sales and good press through S2PC enabling athletes
to speak on issues involving athletics and the community.
7. Key Components!
Assist them in gaining good press, communication skills
and evolving the wonderful reputation of MSU
Athletics.
Each athlete will be required to make a social
professional profile which they will be monitored by
fans.
This will allow us to monitor popularity of specific
players.
Which will also give players a voice on opinions in
which they feel to address.

This will make the donors and fans feel as if they are a part
of the movement to improve MSU Athletics and will make
them more eager to spend money, which is a win-win for
both the department and the fans.
MSU Athletics will increase revenue and fans will have a
better access to their Spartan Idols.
