development. At the same time, it highlights

will depend on how the media report, or fail
to report, the issue affected by policy.

 Nursing must expand its effort to design
and implement intervention which
supports promotion of health and
prevention of disease or illness and
disability. Preventing illness and staying
well involve complex, multidimensional
activities focused not only on the
individuals, but also on families, group
and populations.
