Complex material flows and procedures are moulded into one Location:
solution. The central core contains the “production knowledge” Suzhou, China
and is surrounded by a mulit-functional space for storage and
production. Client:
Eden Chocolates Co., Ltd.
The shape of the outer parameter is controlled by optimal ac-
cess points and turning circles. A route brings visitors along Team:
interesting learning zones, gardens and meeting area`s into the PLUS office architects
core of the building.

The total ground floor is occupied by production & warehouse. Location:
Offices and canteen are on upper floors, creating a sharp, Suzhou, China

The rooftop, designed as a secluded garden, will give visual
